11.01.2022 This is a reminder that our end of term break up party is tomorrow evening at the Rockhampton Birdcage Bar from 5:00pm. You can kick back and relax with some free pizza and drinks. It's also a good time to touch base and tell us how your uni experience has been going and give us feedback on what you'd like to see more of from the EUS. Since our membership is now free, we'd also like to encourage you to bring your peers to join in the celebration. I've recently added a new col...umn to our online membership form that gives the option to indicate if a current member of the club referred you. Ideally, we'd like to build the membership and awareness of the society among engineering students, so we're going to run a bit of a referral promotion. If you refer another engineering student for membership you will receive a voucher for a free coffee at the Birdcage Bar. All new and current members will also go into the draw to win some bookshop vouchers, so there's a bit of an incentive for anyone to join. Again, membership is free so don't hesitate to let your friends know. Anyway, I hope to see a good number of you tomorrow. For those of you who can't make it, I wish you all the best for the study break.
