25.01.2022 Craftbrewer will be open normal trading hours over the Christmas break and only closed on the public holidays. Post will be limited and any order from today (thursday 22nd) with liquid yeast we will be held until January 3rd to be posted, so its not sitting in transit over the Christmas break. 23.01.2022 Our New Citra American Wheat Fresh Wort KIt will be brewing this week and ready for release before Xmas. This is the 4th time we have brewed this with different hops each time (mosaic, azacca, and fortnight and now citra) have been used previous. This is a great summer smasher, light, crisp and a little citrissy.

22.01.2022 To celebrate the 100th batch (Approx 30,000 litres) of Fresh Wort Kits produced on our in house Braumeister, we decided to produce a special limited batch of Bacchus Brewing Co Domin8tor. This amazing super hoppy Maroon IPA was brewed originally to celebrate 8 straight Origin wins. Priced at just $89 it includes all the dry hops & a twin pack of yeast, so nothing else required other than your care, to create this awesome beer. The beer will be on tap at the Brewery (2 Christi...ne Place, Capalaba) on Wednesday June 1st, when we'll be showing the 1st game live on our HUGE screen, so come down to the brewery & enjoy a great evening of Footy, Craft Beer & Pizzas... Description: Bacchus Greenbottle Lager Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1046 Alc 4.7%) Easy drinking well balanced Euro / Premium style pale lager. A balanced malty finish with subtle spicy European hopping. We have used a blend of Aussie Pilsner, Wheat and a touch of Caramalt along with Aurora hops in the kettle to give that characteristic spicy hop profile. Bittered to 26 IBU to give great balance.
