It was a great day seeing the last roof sheet installed just before the red dirt set in Plywood was used before membrane installation as the roof pitch was 5 degrees or less. Solitex Adhero was used for some parts of the roof membrane which was nice and quick to install! This includes R6 (210mm) insulation in the walls and R8 (355mm) in the roof. With temperatures ranging from -7 to 40+ in the Canberra region this allows the internal temperature of the house to be 21 degrees on most days.
