21.01.2022 I discovered book folding or also known as book origami or book art nearly 3 years ago when I stumbled over some pictures on Pinterest and it really hooked me on the beauty how an old book gets a new lease of life that way. I had a go with a very simple repeating heart pattern which is the pic below but after that I somehow didn't pursue it more. Though it always stuck in my head and I also have a board on Pinterest dedicated to book art which I kept growing with some beauti...ful ideas. Early this year I had four days off my regular work and went away to Chillagoe. My husband busy working there and me time on my hand, I finally read up on book folding, exercised on some old books different fold techniques and getting some patterns for future projects organised.
