23.01.2022 Commonly asked about kneepads in the trousers. It’s not revolutionary. It’s new in Australia, true enough. Speaking from my own experience, the kneepads are meant to be unrestrictive and comfortable. The reason the trousers are made to different lengths is to ensure the kneepads actually marry up to your knees. The Blaklader 4027 kneepad is my daily driver. It is extremely lightweight, flexible and for when getting to the bottom shelf, supportive and comfortable.... As you can see, the trousers and kneepad together, have full capability to work around the leg It is relatively new concept, but it is worth adapting to. Eventually it will be normal. It has to be. Look after every working part of your body.

And it’s not about being weaker physically (that is the most common argument for people to doubt my job choice) cause every body is different and it grows the way you treat it. It’s getting used to the tasks you are constantly facing. So please start encouraging each other in whatever you want to do or become.
