25.01.2022 Inktober has begun! Kicking us off with Fish (from the official prompt list). For this I've drawn La and Tui from Avatar: The Last Airbender, the physical forms of the moon and ocean spirits. Never drawn koi before, but hopefully I improve and manage to one that isn't monochrome.

I've only recently taken up knitting in the last three-ish months and this was the third thing I've knitted (to completion). (My dear friend Jo sewed it up for me so I can't take full credit.) Not your usual form of art, but I had to let you know I haven't fallen off the earth.

Here's a little drawing to mark the occasion and show my appreciation for these cute native bunnies (they are in no way related to rabbits, they just share similar traits). These adorable little fellows are facing some serious threats - mainly introduced animals like foxes, feral cats and dogs, and rabbits - with one species already going extinct in the 1950s. 12.01.2022 A little riff on the album cover for The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan. Also a bit inspired by Just Like Heaven by The Cure. Their hair was very fun to draw.
07.01.2022 "Smokers' Area" IT'S FINALLY DONE!!! So this is (one of) the projects that I've been working on that has halted just bout everything else as I was trying to do them all at once instead of one at a time. Anyway, here are all of the kids together: punks and goths and indie kids, having a smoke. I will be putting this on Redbubble in a couple of days (I'm quite frankly sick of looking at this stupid thing and need a break).
