23.01.2022 So good to pick up on our monthly themed Grand cru tastings. All things Champagne was chosen as the theme as a way to celebrate our post Covid 19 catch up. We had a full house and the @mayfairlanewa helped the night with @fvallas giving us some impromptu knowledge on Champagne. 12.01.2022 My next candidate for a delicious Winter warmer was found at @olivefarmwines in the Swan Valley Perth. The G.S.T(The Taxman) is a rare blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Tempranillo. 08.01.2022 A big thanks to Skigh Wines(Margaret River) for this tasty red blend. Created using traditional wine making techniques including minimal intervention and the use in fermentation of indigenous yeast. Delicious.

06.01.2022 The next Winter warmer for this Saturday night is a little Spanish number called "Tree Picos"(Tree Peaks). This delicious Grenache has big red fruit and perfectly balanced. 03.01.2022 Had a fantastic night @hayashiapplecross, great food, wine and friends. Began the night a German rieslung Volratz 2013, which was everything I love about aged Riesling and sashimi.
