25.01.2022 Do you know if you have choice of repairer on your insurance policy? So many people assume they will be able to choose their preferred repairer when in fact, they can't. I see customers on a daily basis who have had minor accidents, assuming I will be able to carry out the work for them. Often they don't have choice of repairer and have to either pay an additional amount to use their repairer of choice or they don't get any choice in the matter and their vehicle is repaired... at one of their partner repairers that is likely to use "alternate repairs" and non-genuine parts. If you're not sure and would like more information to ensure that any future repairs are carried out where YOU want them done as opposed to where your insurer wants them done, contact our office to discuss further.
