17.01.2022 Some more mobile service work at Orford last weekend on a pair of Suzuki’s, revealing some average workmanship from prior. Impeller on one engine had the corner of one vane on the impeller squashed/cut off by the water pump housing, one gearbox vent screw had no gasket resulting in water entry into the gearbox & block anodes not inspected or replaced.

12.01.2022 2x Vapour separator clean, one new efi fuel pump & replace Fuel feed hose from tank to filter (now 2 filters). Notice the original, insufficient 5/16 hose tail feeding 450hp and the new 5/8 fuel line and breather hoses. If youve recently had a pair of high horsepower outboards fitted, make sure you have the installation inspected by someone suitably qualified.

12.01.2022 Good result from a calculated hull extension. Hull remained well balanced and not tender at rest and performed very well. Still achieved almost 50mph.
