20.01.2022 After an interrupted 2020, we are pleased to announce the return of our ‘Learn to Fly’ clinics for 2021. Our ‘Learn to Fly’ Clinics teach players the basic skills needed to play basketball. Participants will focus on dribbling, passing, shooting, defending and footwork through drills and fun games. To cater for the growing needs of our community and to continue to provide quality sessions to participants, we will be limiting our participant numbers for each session and offeri...ng an additional session than in previous years. Learn to Fly sessions will be limited to 20 - 25 participants and Toddler Hoops limiter to 30 participants. All sessions will be conducted at Craigieburn Sports Stadium. Please note that if you have already submitted the Expression of interest form previously then you do ont need to fill this out again (We have transferred you information across already) Registrations will close on Friday the 27th of November. Due to State Government regulations, you will be unable to register after this date. No registrations will be accepted on the night of trials. ... 03.01.2022 2021 VJBL Try Outs Please see the below flyer for information about our upcoming try outs. All players must be financial before trying out and have completed the Register to Trial from (This is the same form that has been in circulation the last few months. 01.01.2022 Thank you for your patience while we finalised our return to indoor training. We can confirm that Hume City Council have given us approval to begin holding training sessions (for players under the age of 18) starting Monday the 16th of November. We have limits on the number of participants that can be involved and are looking to do everything we can to ensure all our members are included. To begin with we have emailed everyone who has filled out the Expression of Interest and Register to Trial forms (All people who have filled out the forms as of 3:00pm on Saturday the 14th of November) with instructions on how to book a training session this week. As we are able to allocate more courts, we will introduce more programs into our weekly schedule.
