You get to train with some excellent instructors teaching a wide variety of martial arts (Aikido, Jujutsu, Karate Capoeira, Hapkido, MMA, KAPAP, Nunchaku, plus more). 22.01.2022 Women's Self Defence & Fitness Class This year we are starting a class just for women, run by women. A fun, friendly class where women can learn self defence (jujutsu techniques) improve their fitness and strength, develop coordination, confidence and socialise with other women.... No gi (uniform) required, wear casual comfortable clothing, no grades or exams, no previous experience or fitness required. Class is suitable for all women aged 15 yrs and over. Have fun! 22.01.2022 Fight for Life 2019 What a great day! Thank you to everyone who helped, taught and attended.

21.01.2022 Our classes have stopped and our dojo is closed. But Leanne and I just put the finishing touches on our COVID-19 project. We have created a green screen photographic and video studio. We have boom arms attached to the roof beams to catch overhead shots which will be used when taking video of throws. Our mezzanine is excellent for absorbing impact from throws but has vibrations that make video unwatchable. The overhead boom arms will be great as the vibration from throws will not interfere with the video. Now all the hard work is done. It only takes about 30min to set up or pack up.

20.01.2022 On Sunday CMAC hosted the Kagami Biraki (dojo opening) for 2020. It was a great day with classes in Jujutsu, Judo, Karate, Iaido, Jodo and Kendo. 07.01.2022 Leanne has just received her 6th Dan and Kyoshi title in Jujutsu from the Dai Nippon Butoku Kai (DNBK) in Japan. Leanne is is the only female in Australia to have attained the title of Kyoshi from DNBK. Leanne was recommended for the title by the President of DNBK after she participated in an intense two week elite seminar which studied four different classical Jujutsu styles in Japan and demonstrated in front of DNBK Honbu instructors many times over the past 15 years. Leann...e is a role model for girls and women of all ages as she began her training as a young teenager through motherhood and beyond. We are very grateful for her continued input. We also have certifications for Jason Gray and Damian Wilson. Jason has achieved his 6th Dan in Karatedo and runs his Karate dojo in Castlemaine. Damian has achieved his Shodan in Karatedo and teaches at his Karate dojo in Abbotsford. Damian is also a member of our CMAC dojo. We will hold an official presentation ceremony at our annual Kagami Biraki (dojo opening) on Sunday 10th January.
