25.01.2022 Update on Tennis Coaching restrictions. We have just received an email from the CEO of Tennis SA who has just heard from SA Health that coaching will not be allowed during this period and hopefully will be back to normal on Dec 1. But this is the funny part, CARDIO TENNIS is ALLOWED as it is defined as a public activity - fitness and recreation activity. ... So I will be touch with my Cardio clients and work something out! I have no explanation as more people are on the court doing cardio than a group or private lesson but this is the direction I have to take! All I can say is

17.01.2022 All tennis coaching will go back from Sunday. I have been in touch with SAPOL and Covid hotline who both said although community sport cannot start, personal training can which is what we come under.

15.01.2022 I don’t normally post specific footage of my athletes but I thought this deserved an exception! Tyler 7 first attempt of using his legs on his serve. At the end of his lesson I just said looking pretty good how about we have a bit of fun and try something new! Let’s use your legs just to see what happens. Quickly showed him then let him have a go. This was his 3rd ball he hit! Unbelievable!!

13.01.2022 Very proud to see former student Brianna Dent get married last Saturday to her now husband Ben. She looked beautiful and all grown up from when I first started with her when she was 7!!

09.01.2022 Holiday clinic January 2021! Kids learn quite a lot being 4 days straight and for the older kids we have cardio tennis on the Friday if interested! Get the kids out the house because by the 11th January both the kids and parents will need it!!

08.01.2022 Cardio sessions on offer: - Kids Cardio Wednesday 6-7pm strong standard (if we have more interest from others wanting to give it a go, I will work something out and give you more details) - Adult Cardio Wednesday 7-8pm... - Adult Cardio Thursday 915-1015am - Adult Cardio Monday 730-830pm Anyone wanting to come out please let me know for numbers

05.01.2022 Private and Cardio Tennis is allowed to go back from Monday! We could start from tomorrow but with the weather being 40 there’s no chance! No luck with groups yet Hopefully restrictions get relaxed between now and then

02.01.2022 Until further notice all private and group coaching will cease due to covid restrictions. Tennis SA are asking for more clarification but have said since it states all organised trainings and competitions must stop, we have to go with that at the moment. I will keep everyone updated
