24.01.2022 We’ve just finished this oddly shaped fly over roof. The owners wanted to make their outdoor area larger without feeling to cramped. So this was the best solution, allowing the light in and breeze still flowing. Giving them more room to spread out in their entertaining area.

22.01.2022 Weve just recently completed this new pine deck with a nice high patio roof giving this new home a bit more outdoor area to relax or entertain. Plus its not a bad spot to take in the mountain views!

22.01.2022 We Converted a double garage with laundry. Into a single garage with storage, an office and seperate laundry. We lined the walls and ceiling with fibre cement sheeting. The cupboard has melamine shelving with vinyl sliding doors. New internal and external doors to close off each area as needed. A new external wall was built with a new window and fibre cement cladding boards. ... A great use of this area. The owner is putting on a new panel lift garage door which will finish off this renovation nicely! See more

22.01.2022 An insulated gable roof built to cover an area between two sheds. With all of the different angles and pitches this one was quite a challenge. But worked out perfectly!

21.01.2022 A recent multiple door replacements we completed. Both of these were originally a set of French doors with a window. We removed both sets and installed 2 new sliding doors opening up the rooms and also the access to outside.

21.01.2022 This home had an old fashioned metal patio roof which was too low, hot and dark for most of the year. So we built a new 7m wide X 8m long fly over insulated panel roof with down lights and fan. Under this roof will stay at a comfortable temperature all year round. We even installed clear polycarbonate sheets vertically on three edges to prevent rain blowing in, but still allowing some breeze and sun light in.

20.01.2022 A large fly over insulated roof. 14 metres wide. With two sections, one a 6 metre long covered area and the other 4 metres. With merbau posts and a merbau privacy screen at one end finishing it off. Perfect for entertaining! These owners just need a bit more/new concrete under there and they will be in business . ... Also the white roof with black trimmings really makes this one stand out!

I installed this Merbau slatting with a gate (including a doggy door!) to make this small patio lockable yet still allow the elements through. Looks great! 18.01.2022 A total front and back deck renovation on this property. On the back deck we installed Wide merbau handrail with Aluminum ballustrading, merbau decking and hardwood step treads. On the front we installed the same handrail components but wrapped the steel posts with merbau decking to make it look like nice big posts. ... The end product totally changes the overall look of this home freshening it up, ready for summer!

This is a job for one of my favourite customers that was done in two stages. ... It is a 12m X 5m treated pine deck with insulated solar span roof. I built the roof a year ago giving me shade to build the deck just recently. It was enjoyable to build and Im sure will get plenty of use, As they are soon to move in to their new little home!

15.01.2022 This new roof really adds a bit of character to this backyard. A freestanding patio 5m X 4m with a lot of head room. Its been a while since Ive done a hand pitched roof. But it was good to blow the cobwebs off.

15.01.2022 A custom built bar. With a corrugated iron front, and roof. Galvanised piping foot stool and a timber slab top with part of the top hinged to allow access. Looks like a real old country bar and finishes off this room perfectly. I even had the privilege of helping the customer christen it.

15.01.2022 New Patio roof and ceiling. On an existing patio structure. With an open clear roofing section in the middle to allow light through into the house. And insulation in the rest to keep the temperature down.

12.01.2022 A New 12m X 6m Insulated roof with lights and fans. These customers had an old single skin patio roof which was too low and too hot in summer. So we built a new nice and high insulated roof. Now it has plenty of air flow and no heat reflecting down. ... I also installed a rustic hardwood handrail with stainless steel wire on the pine deck I built 5 years ago, giving the grape vine somewhere to climb on giving it all a bit of charm. Definitely very happy with the overall finish on this job.

11.01.2022 A great use for this wall and high ceiling in this bedroom 2.4m wide X 3m high. It includes some storage shelves with laminated pine sliding doors, open shelves and a large desk. The finished product looks great and is very practical.

10.01.2022 A new 6m x 3.6m patio roof with pearl polycarbonate roofing to let some light into the house. It also incorporates a horizontal privacy screen, intermediate blocks between the rafters and vertical balustrade to match this homes character. Now it Just needs some more paint to finish it all off.

10.01.2022 A hardwood sleeper deck with seat we just finished building, add a few coats of oil to protect it and bring out the natural colours!! A perfect place to sit by the pool.

10.01.2022 A revamp of an old back landing and stairs. We removed the old mainly steel structure. And re built it using hardwood with merbau decking, handrail and stainless steel wire. Making it a lot stronger, safer and looks fantastic as well!

09.01.2022 The front of this property looks 100% better now that we have removed the old tired timber features and fences. And replaced them with merbau slats on the roof gables, side fences and gates. Im surprised at how much of a difference it makes!

08.01.2022 A New Single skin patio roof. We removed the old timber patio with shade cloth which wasnt of much use and replaced it with a classic cream Flatdeck roof. Which creates more natural light into the house as the colour and surface reflects the natural light. Looks nice and shiny!

08.01.2022 A completed facelift to the appearance of this home. Horizontal privacy screens and matching horizontal fencing. A lockable gate on the deck with vertical balustrading. Also the owners asked it all to be built so that it could be fly screened later on to let the breeze in the house through the new sliding door and enjoy the deck any time of day without bug problems. ... 08.01.2022 A recently completed renovation on an existing fly over insulated roof. We closed in the patio and added three large sliding doors. creating a indoor/ outdoor room all depending on whether the customers left the doors wide open or not. It really is a great idea and something they can use all year round.

07.01.2022 A Wrap around merbau pool deck with stairs on the high side and a pool pump box to match. It was built to fit in the area between the pool and garden which has created a very uniquely shaped deck which looks great and will get plenty of use in the upcoming summer months!

07.01.2022 A new 6m X 4m deck with a flyover Insulated roof, Losp treated pine handrails and merbau decking. This high insulated flyover roof makes the temperature on the deck and in the house a lot cooler. Allowing air flow and less direct heat from the sun. 06.01.2022 A couple of shelving jobs completed recently. The white melamine shelves are for a newly built pantry. The Pine shelving with sliding doors are going to be used as a book shelf. Both suit the areas perfectly.

06.01.2022 A recently completed 8m X 4m deck and roof with merbau decking and stainless steel wire balustrading. These customers wanted a bigger useable deck rather than their small landing. To save some money we removed the old landing but kept the existing stairs which are still in good condition and attached them to the new deck. ... A nice addition to the deck was the privacy screening on the neighbours side, it looks great and very practical as well.

03.01.2022 We are Looking for an experienced carpenter with their own transport, tools and ABN. This position is open from Monday the 11th of January. You Must have a high standard of workmanship and be good at thinking outside of the square. Basic Renovation experience including Decks and roofing is required. Majority of the work is on the north side of Brisbane.

03.01.2022 A 6.5m X 5m poolside deck with a solar span roof. Using composite decking which is the best option considering how wet the area can get. Creating quite a unique space to relax by the pool day or night. As the solar span roofing includes down lights and PowerPoints. 01.01.2022 Thats another deck completed! We were limited with height with this one so we dropped the deck lower with two extra steps. Which ended up working well for privacy and blocking the western sun. It is a 7m X 5m hardwood deck with merbau decking, handrails and stainless steel wire balustrading. plus A new sliding door opening the house right up.

01.01.2022 Ive been a bit quiet lately as Weve been doing a decent sized renovation. We utilised The existing outside roof area on this home, turning a small deck and carport into a larger interior of the house which includes a bigger kitchen, lounge room, more storage and an extra bedroom. Plus adding a larger deck with two sets of stairs and a very welcoming entry way. I will post more photos soon showing the interior. Which will have a few surprises. ... These clients had a few challenges for us and I think we passed with flying colours! All round top job
