Thanks to all sponsors for supporting this event including the Tasmanian Government for supporting the Premiers Award. Ps., Mayor Elect Wayne did a good job as well!!!

17.01.2022 The are some things you can’t gamble with is the theme of the Environmental Health Associations annual conference. Environmental Health Officers play such an important role in our community. Ensuring the simple things such as consuming safe food from a cafe is one example of the work they do, and is something we just take for granted. It was nice of them to ask me to officially welcome them at the start of their conference.

We have 4 women candidates I know of so far (Tanya King, Councillor., Susie Bower - Councillor & Mayor Candidate, Deborah White and Stephanie Cameron for Meander Valley Council). All very capable women who would be great Councillors and representatives for Meander Valley.
