18.01.2022 We need to do more. Tonight I learnt that one of my regular customers of 6 years has taken his own life. This is now my 3rd customer this year that has either himself or family members have been affected by this horrible situation.... It pains me greatly as I considered after 6 years that I knew this customer extremely well & yet in hindsight knew so little. Guys, don't be afraid to speak up if you are struggling. You never know how far a conversation can help.

16.01.2022 COMPULSORY SERVICE NSW QR CODE As of 1 January 2021 all hospitality venues and hairdressers will be required to use the NSW Government Service NSW QR code s...ystem. During the recent Northern Beaches COVID-19 outbreak it has become evident that many businesses are unable to get access to the data being captured by their private QR code providers which makes quick contact tracing impossible. It is vital that businesses are checking that each customer has checked in upon arrival at your business. Failure to do so will now result in a large fine. As customers, it is vital that we play our part and ensure we are checking in at every venue. The Service NSW app remembers your details so once you have completed your first check-in, the rest are very quick. It was sad to see so may people failing to check in at Bunnings Warehouse Australia yesterday, despite the QR codes being available at the entry point. It was even sadder to see staff not ensuring customers had checked in. What is the point of having the QR codes if you dont enforce it. Let’s all make sure we do our part.

13.01.2022 I would love to say a massive congratulations to Archie for achieving a full haircut. For some parents the simple chore of a haircut for their child with extra needs can be a very stressful experience. The attached clips shows the first time Archie has tolerated a full haircut, whilst the haircut was done in the comfort of his home, my goal is to get Archie comfortable enough to attend the shop one day & will keep chipping away till we get him there.
