08.01.2022 TRAINING RETURNS THIS WEEK!! TUESDAYS U6-8: 5:00-5.45pm (Fundamental Training - learning the basic skills of little athletics)... U9+: 5:45pm-6:45pm THURSDAYS U9+: 5:45pm-6:45pm - Athletes to all meet at the finish line end of the track. - Parents are required to sign in (coaches will have sign-in form/QR Code) - Parents are required to stick around at training. Our coaches are not babysitters - if you need to run off please let a coach know. The last thing we want is an injury with no parent in attendance. - Bring your own drink bottle (clearly labeled) - Arrive ready to train
