25.01.2022 Quick 15minute workout at home that will keep you on track. 45 secs on and 15 second rest 1. Star jumps ... 2. Squats - Note: the further you spread your feet the more difficult the squat, start narrow then work up to a wider stance 3. Pushups - Note: you can start out doing these on your knees until you build the upper body strength for a full pushup 4. Crunches 5. Plank - Note: if you have trouble getting through the 45seconds, try taking a rest halfway by raising you bum up for a few seconds, then go back down into the flat plank position. Repeat 3x Remember to do a quick warm up beforehand to get your body ready, do some simple stretches, incorporate some jogging on the spot and legs kicks. Start the workout slow and build up as you go through, push yourself but don't injure yourself
