23.01.2022 Club Update Tragically training will not be able to go ahead next Wednesday given today’s announcement, we appreciate the disappointment given the planned time trials next week but they will be go ahead again next year. All is not lost and we need everyone to have faith and take inspiration from the words of the famous entertainer Dunstan Bruce (vocalist from Chumbawamba). As Dunstan famously quoted during the late 90’s I got locked down, but I got up again. You are never ...gonna keep me down. So with those inspiration words in mind we need all to spend the next 5 days on the recruitment trail, we need some new blood and we need your help to get it. As a bonus, and in a once in a life time opportunity the executive have agreed to double the match payments of anyone who can recruit a player and have them sign up with the club. (Please note T&C’s 1. to this offer) Terms and Conditions 1. Macca and Diamond are not eligible for this incentive as the club cannot afford to double their match payments. 2. Player must actually be able to play to a reasonable level and if you consider said player twice as good as Parrot he will just pass. 3.This post must have been shared to qualify

11.01.2022 Morning all, Today we want to highlight a long time sponsor of the club, Kev's PowderCoating. Kev's is run by Boris who is a player and previously coach, not to mention dual premiership player for the club.... As we go into lock down once again please remember everything you can do to support our sponsor's will help immensely. A little more on Boris's business: Conveniently located in Hastings, Victoria, Kev's Powder Coating & Sandblasting specialises in fast and efficient sandblasting, powder coating and high temperature stripping furnace services in the Melbourne area. Even the strongest of steel and iron can break down and rust when left to the elements. That’s why Kev's offers same-day sandblasting, powder coating (same-day in extreme cases) and high temperature stripping on steel of almost any shape and size, from metal fencing and grating to wheels and rims. We strip off the rust and old paint and protect with a high-strength polymer coating that will last. If you’re looking for a set of rims for your car that accentuates the colour perfectly, check out the wide range of powder coating hues we have in stock. Not only will you love the colour, the electrostatically applied powder ensures an even coat of protective plastic polymer that’s stronger than conventional paint and resistant to corrosion. We even provide a zinc primer undercoat for additional protection. Here at Kev’s, we’re prepared for jobs both large and small. We have the experience and the tools to tackle almost any project up to two tonnes in weight. We are quick and reliable, and also focus on providing courteous service to all of our customers. No matter what shape your metal or steel comes in, contact us today through our contact form and let us know how we can best help. https://www.kevspowdercoating.com.au/
10.01.2022 I hope everyone had a great weekend! The new committee met for the first time since the AGM and it was great to get back to the clubrooms and plan for 2021! It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Mark Scarpella (Scarpy) will take on the role of reserves coach. Mark is two time premiership player, leading goal kicker and life member of the club. Also a quality bloke! Great to have you on board Scarpy!... On training, we are hoping to start training on Wednesday the 3rd of December. We are just finalising a few details and will confirm in coming week. Tip Toe!!

07.01.2022 Last night Brian and Ang from Brian's Gourmet Meats joined us at training to donate a meat tray to one lucky superules player. Brain's Gourmet Meat have been a long time sponsor and they have stuck fat with Cranbourne Superules during this tough COVID time. We are extremely grateful for that! Brian has a number of specials running at the moment, he has footy BBQ packs for the re-kick off of the AFL and a lamb roast on special for a good Sunday night dinner. They have the best meat on offer in the Casey area! Mention you are from Cranny Supers and they will look after you. Brian's Gourmet Meats is located at Marriott Waters Shopping Centre, Shop 8

05.01.2022 Gday Men, We hope you are all Happy and Healthy. As discussed last week, can you please register your interest to train tomorrow night at Casey Fields. Leave a comment in the comment section. It is important we are aware of the numbers planning to attend.... Additionally please remain in the Carpark at your vehicle until directed to a Training Group. Please see below for Important Information on the continuation of our season. The Committee advised the Playing Group last week of the cancellation of the 2020 Superules Season, the next steps to keep our group together and what the rest of the footy year may look like from an unofficial season perspective. Further advice is as follows - Training We will continue to train on Wednesday night 6.30pm @ Casey Fields. We will open the Clubhouse to allow for the social aspect of Footy that we all find so rewarding. Govt Restrictions still apply and will be implemented. Until further advice the Changerooms will remain Closed and Off Limits. Games We will endeavour to schedule 2 or 3 intra club games to keep the competitive nature alive and well. Functions Over the coming weeks we will be gathering information and interest from the group to determine the extent of our Club Functions. We expect it to look something like - Our last intra club scratch match to be played on a Saturday in early September. That day will include the 2010 Premiership Reunion (TIP TOE), Sponsors Day and Past Players Day. It will conclude with the $1000 Draw that evening. This is our Major Fundraiser for the year as we will not be hosting the Grand Final this year. All of the above can be achieved and enjoyed, however it does rely on Commitment from the Playing Group to continue to Support the Coaches and Committee. As you can understand if support and numbers reach an unreliable level we will be forced to call an early end to our Season. Seeya on the Track TIP TOE.
03.01.2022 Gday Men, TRAINING IS ON TONIGHT!!! MEAT TRAY RAFFLE TOO!!! As you are no doubt aware, the Victorian Govt has re-implemented Lockdown Restriction on the metro region of Melb. We will address any question you may have, advise on an unofficial way forward and discuss ways to keep in touch and together.
