04.01.2022 TIRED OF GETTING TOLD TOO LATE? Many residents have told me that often they find out about Council projects after the designs are complete and project build is underway. They have also said that they would like to be informed and involved sooner so they have an opportunity to shape the outcome. Community consultation is a balance between involving the community and getting things done effectively as possible. The Community Engagement Policy tries to strike this balance.
