13.01.2022 Changes have been made to the NDCA Draw to allow for reserve grounds for all turf wicket matches in 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grades. Previously if a whole round had bee...n scheduled on turf, there were no reserve grounds allocated. This has now been amended based on feedback from Clubs in these Grades and is effective from this round (Round 7) onwards. 10.01.2022 REMINDER - NDCA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Date - Monday 3rd August 2020 Venue - Dukes Oval, Park Rd, Emu Plains Commencing at 7pm for a 7.30pm start... The 122nd AGM of the NDCA will be conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the Nepean District Cricket Association. Section 14 - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held not later than the 8th of August in each year at such place and time as the Management Committee shall decide. The order of business at each Annual General Meeting shall be: (a) The reading and confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (b) Consideration of the Annual Report of the NDCA Secretary and the Treasurer's financial statement and balance sheet. (c) Election of members of the Management Committee, Patrons, and Auditor. (d) Such other business as may be brought forward in conformity with the rules of the Association. Table of events Welcome address from President, Pat Yates. Business: Reports acceptance:- Acceptance of previous AGMs Minutes (Assistant Secretary) Acceptance of Treasurer's & Audit Report Acceptance of Secretary's Report Declare all positions vacant of your District Committee. This will be voted on the at the Delegates Meeting on 28th September 2020 COVID planning - Lachlan Steuart (Cricket NSW) The 2020/21 season will commence 17th/18th October and conclude 26th/27th March. Delegates Meeting will be held on Monday 28th September. We encourage that you email through your team nomination forms to the Competition Secretary before this date if possible. Finally, with COVID-19 restrictions in place, we encourage all delegates to bring their own pen to use on the night and we will be adhering to Social Distancing on the night as well.
