24.01.2022 The world is changing before our very eyes. In these times, when so many paradigms are collapsing, it seems necessary for the old ways of life to break down bef...ore a new world can be birthed. Whether it is the economy, politics, racial and social inequality, the media, education, religion, medicine, or the environment, simply said, the limited levels of consciousness in which each of these schisms have existed must end. With information so readily available, we are living in the very time where we can become more informed and thus more aware. In the last few weeks, I have been listening, I have been learning, I have been asking questions, and I have been paying attention. I feel that paying attention creates a new level of awareness, and a new awareness is a new level of consciousness. And a new consciousness enables us to see possibilities that we were unaware of when we were unconscious. As a result, we are all waking up in a new reality. It is my hope that we all, as a communityme includedlive consciously in our hearts during these times of great change. When we do so, we are more compassionate, more understanding, more cooperative, more selfless, more loving, more trusting, more giving, more tolerant, more aware, more coherent, more kind and more connected to each other. Love transcends race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, social status, political beliefs or any other form of separation. We come together when we stand up for principles, not people. I stand for justice. I stand for equality. I stand for freedom. I stand for opportunity. I will continue to work on being the greatest ideal of myself and to be the living example of all the changes I’d like to see in this world. And most importantly, to see the divine in all human beings. I am sorry for the loss of George Floyd and countless black lives throughout our history. May God bless each of them. See more

Most recently I was touched by a staff member, who was pregnant & truly grateful. She shared with me that she can’t afford to attend yoga classes. A Sound life believes in empowering humanity through service and unconditional love and we’re seeking your vote!... 18.01.2022 I often talk openly to people about addiction, mainly to break the stigma. My hope is soon people will feel comfortable to talk openly about it, and therefore get help sooner. Talking about mental health is In the spotlight at the minute, (great) let’s put addiction into these conversations too, and break the shame and stigma still attached to it.
