23.01.2022 Can you treat yourself and expect results?.. Of course you can! Unless your prepping for a bodybuilding competition there is no need to drop your cheat meal. I'm not talking everyday kind of thing.. but once or twice a week definitely isn't going to hurt. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out at the end of the 24hr day we live

21.01.2022 Emma started with me on the Jetts Nambour 8WC.. and the first thing she said is.. let's win this from that moment I knew we'd get along oh so well. Every week she just gave 100% I won't lie.. with lots of complaining but not once did she stop! I'm so proud of how far she's come and what's to come, which will be much much more. Oh and btw we did win it.. way to go Spice your hopping on that gains train.. It's not about the weight lost it's about the happiness within yourself that matters.. #gains #journey

The eccentric phase of the rep should be completed as slow as possible, this will result in muscle fibres being pushed to the limit which creates overload. let the gains continue Shay!
19.01.2022 There is only one piece of strength training equipment you need during these testing times.. Suspension Straps! Which can be made! I've followed scooby since I was 18 yrs old and have gained heaps of knowledge from him, the below video shows him making some DIY suspension straps. All products can be bought from bunnings or local hardware shop for under $15 providing you already have rope. 19.01.2022 Due to all gym's closing I will only be offering mobile PT sessions until further notice. I'am happy to come to you or we can meet at a local park, this will not limit our workouts. I've been training body weight workouts for the last 3 years and have plenty of equipment and exercise ideas! 14.01.2022 Happy New Years Everyone! Hope Christmas was one to remember I'm resuming training tomorrow and keen to get back into routine like everyone else This year is going to be a good one! Considering I'm now 30 much wiser now I must say.. My holidays were drama filled like usual we spent it at Witta near Maleny at a farmhouse exploring the country side on bikes and relaxing playing pool at night.. with a few beers of course for the other half whole family caught stomach ...bug which definitely wasn't fun! Looking forward too seeing everyone again

11.01.2022 Foam Rolling.. has too many benefits to ignore! Increased blood flow, range of motion, decrease risk of injury, improved recovery period and more! It's basically a deep tissue massage which you control both pressure and area that you roll out. It's great before and after a workout and I really encourage it before stretching for increased range of movement. ... But my hat goes off to anyone with children and keeping up there exercise it's definitely not an easy task!
