24.01.2022 Due to an overwhelming response to the food donation here at Crave Something Moore-ish, I have been asked if this could be the last drop ... as they are running out of space in bracken ridge... so if you wish to donate anything Sunday the 2 September will be the last day... if you would like to continue with your generosity they have advised me that gift or Visa cards from Postoffice would be greatly appreciated as then the recipient can spend money in their town which will help local business... thank you once again for your amazing support...

22.01.2022 Wow it's been 6 years today since opening my little cafe Crave something Moore-ish.... 6years seems along time but to be honest time has flown.... during these 6 years I have met some wonderful people who are so loyal and loving towards me, my staff and the cafe.... it's hard when certain customers pass away and there seat continues to be there... but if I didn't move here I would never have met such beautiful souls... I moved up from Sydney also 6 years ago not knowing a sou...l in this area and just by working in the cafe I have met beautiful people who I can say will be friends for life... I would just like to say a huge thank you to every staff member that has worked with me in the cafe, I couldn't have done this alone.... 21.01.2022 I would just like to say a huge thank you to each and every one of my loyal and beautiful customers for supporting Redcliffe Open Girls Elite Outrigging Team going to Tahiti in July for the World Sprints... The money you have contributed will help them greatly... I have raised $511.40 at the cafe... so thank you soooooo much... the girls are very appreciative of your generosity..

21.01.2022 Morning all.. the first shipment of goodies for the stricken farmers will be dropped off to Bracken Ridge after I finish work Friday... it took me all day to find where I could donate food.. I even messaged Sunrise Channel 7 and spoke to the news room, but no one had an answer... everyone knew where to give money but not food... if you are wanting to donate food items please ring Drought Angels they will give you addresses to drop it off closest to you... thank you Drought An...gels... hope this little help will help families in need... Please bring goodies to me by 2pm Friday for the first delivery.. 05.01.2022 This morning I get to work to find my window smashed in at the cafe and that I have been broken into... thankfully they only stole my till and the $77.00 worth of change in it plus my cash tin with probably $40.00... so really they picked the wrong premise to break into, however the window cost $485 to replace... I am very thankful they didn't trash the cafe.. so obviously just desperate for money... I have so many people to thank, but I would love to thank that lady who gree...ted me at the cafe on my arrival, you don't know me from a bar of soap but supported me until I regrouped myself but also for ringing 000 for me ... you seriously are one special lady... thank you... Lawrence & Trudy I am sorry to wake you at 6am in a hysterical mess and I would like to say thank you for coming down to be with me whilst I waited for the police, you truly are amazing and true friends thank you... and Michelle from the post office & Wayne Williams and Andre Chambers, oh my god you 3 are incredibly amazing and I love you guys to bits... Michelle you were ready with your broom and dust pan & brush, waiting for the police to arrive so we could get it clean so I didn't loose money... you cleaned and vacuumed the cafe and footpath for me so customers wouldn't get injured with the glass, you are such a special lady... Wayne you giving up your morning bike ride to support me and help clean the cafe also ready for trade and staying until you knew I was ok wow you have been my regular for 6 years and boy I am going to miss you buddy... and Andre you are just the most amazing lady I have ever met... you are my rock constantly supporting me, protecting me and you just got into that kitchen and got it ready for trade... I love you so much... there are others to thank so from the bottom of my heart thank you everyone for your love and support...
