22.01.2022 Our decadent Vanuatu bean to bar... Cocoa is one of Vanuatu’s main exports, with more than 1,500 tons exported annually. Cocoa pods in Vanuatu are harvested from cocoa trees twice a year. The pods are split open with bush knives and the white pulp containing the cocoa beans is scooped out.
