25.01.2022 HERE IS THE TRUTH OF FAT LOSS THAT IS NOT GLAMOROUS! SAVE THIS POST. KEEP IT AT THE FOREFRONT OF YOUR MIND. Fat loss will go slower than you want! You WILL get frustrated. You WILL feel like it’s not working. ... It is not quick or glamorous or noble. Fat loss SUCKS. It straight up sucks. BUT here’s what you can do to make it suck less: Don’t eliminate your favourite foods. You can 100% lose fat and still live your best life. Be proud and acknowledge every win, no matter how small. Don’t overlook the mental strain of fat loss. The struggles are normal and you will go through them. You will feel like you’re failing, you will doubt yourself and you’re ability to stay on track but you can keep pushing through with enough dedication, time, effort and a good coach. No matter what, don’t stop. Don’t quit. Because as long as you don’t quit you will succeed.

20.01.2022 12 IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO TAKE INTO 2021! 1. You are more than the number on the scales. 2. No one who truely matters, really cares about how much fat you’re carrying as long as you’re healthy, active, and happy. ... 3. Rest days are just as important as training days. 4. You need to eat, DAILY! Regardless of how much you eat today or you ate yesterday! 5. No foods are good or bad. Don’t carry guilt for eating anything you wanted to. 6. Wear the outfit you want to. Who cares what people think. If you like it and want to wear it, Rock it! 7. Accept compliments. Believe it when someone’s tells you how great you are. 8. Unfollow anyone on social media who makes you feel like shit. You only see the angles they want you to. It’s all smoke and mirrors so you may as well follow people who make you feel good about yourself. 9. Decide to make yourself a priority. STOP putting everyone else first. 10. Appreciate where you are in your journey. Remember that consistency and dedication is everything. 11. If you can’t control the movement and pause at any moment in an exercise, the weight is probably too heavy for you. 12. Birds that fly in formation do so to reduce drag; you need the people by your side to be flying in your direction, and if they’re not, they’re probably not good for you. The people you surround yourself with are either the wind in your sails or the wind you’re sailing against. Happy New Year and here’s to 2021 make it good regardless of the circumstances.
