Cross trainer, 45s High res, 15s low. Treadmill, 30s 16.1 Km/h, 15s 5-7 Km/h. Abs/Core, 3 min plank, V-up variations (split & straight) 17,17,17 x 3. Russian twists w held crunch 50 x 6, ss w held V-up for 20s after every 2nd set. Crunches, 30. Leg ups, 30. Machine pull down crunches, 100 x 2.

19.01.2022 Tonights workout.. BB Curls 15 x 6, 30s rest, DV Hammer Curls 15 x 6, 30s rest, Hammer Grip Pullups, to fail x 3, 45s rest,... Followed by my AB TORTURE.. 3min Plank, Varied V-Ups, 45 x 2, 30s rest, Bicycle Crunches, 100 x 3, 30s rest, Machine Pulldown Crunches, 100 x 3, 30s rest.. Core is utterly smashed..Killer session :)
19.01.2022 Little compilation of a coupple great exercises to target yout abs and core. V-up/Jack knife variations to work both the abs and obliques, and finished off with a hold which is great for improving core strength if you have a strong enough core. Only have your shoulders on the mat and keep the legs together and pointing straight up and keep the core tight for all core/ab exercises to work it properly.

14.01.2022 My Easter Day Back & Bi's workout. 30s rest between sets except for between bicep curls and start of hammer curls, 1min. Seated Row, 6s, 15 reps Lat Pulldown, 6s, 15 reps... DB Single Arm Rows, 6s, 15 reps Hyper Extensions w 10kg plate, 6s, 15 reps DB Bicep Curls, 6s, 15 Reps DB Hammer Curls, 6s, 15 Reps Finish off w 1s of 3 sec DB Hammer Curls x 20 to burnout the biceps. Then just for fun finished off with 45 mins of Free Boxing & Muai Thai. :)
