14.01.2022 Saturday I attended a meeting of Economic Reform Aust. (SA) where film 'One Planet' was shown. This was presented by David Attenborough last year at Climate Change Conference in the UK. The photos of local beaches were being hung in The Joinery.

13.01.2022 Sustainable Prosperity event last night at the Braggs Theatre, Adelaide University which featured local MPs, a new contender and a panel debate. Ever hopeful that change is under way.

11.01.2022 Rally on the weekend to save the Gatekeepers Lodge at the Waite, and about 20 mature trees in the Waite Arboretum. The 'White House ' on opposite corner will also be demolished. Despite efforts to limit protestors there was an awesome turnout!!

05.01.2022 University of the Third Age 21st Birthday cerebration in Mount Barker Town Hall today. To close the event local geologist, historian and U3A lecturer gave a lively rendition of 'The Man From Ironbark" by Henry Lawson. An excellent quiz, lovely lunch (all Covid appropriate), birthday and raffle made it an enjoyable event. Thanks to all U3A organisers/volunteers.
