01.01.2022 Loft project || Camp Hill This was a very complex project to design in which we created a new living space and bedrooms within the loft of an extremely well-built brick home. The clients wanted to ensure that the new dormer windows we created blended seamlessly into the rest of the iconic home, and were happy to bring in an a feature element of modern zinc sheeting along the stairwell. It was tricky to make the room heights comply with building codes, whilst maximising every little nook within the complex roof. The existing roof was hand pitched, so making the adjustments on site involved the help of a very skilled engineer and carpenters!
