19.01.2022 I've never really liked that saying 'Money doesn't buy you happiness'. It's true, material things won't make you happy if you're a miserable sod BUT the one thing I know that everyone wants in order to be happy is time with the family, time to explore the world, time to love more, learn more and do more. And time is what most of us complain we don't have. Making money is important because directly it won't buy us the happiness we seek but it will buy us the time we need to facilitate the happiness.

Can I assure you that attending a salon for treatments is LESS risky than attending most other businesses.... (1) Their already built-in hygiene practices, so much greater and stricter than other businesses (2) By appointment only and only one client to one therapist who is ad...hering to the strictest hygiene standards possible....always (3) People NEED beauty salons and skin clinics right now. 11.01.2022 When we were first locked down, it didn’t bother me so much as I work from home and often would go days without leaving the house. This second round, it’s been really tough on me. I really do believe I’m starting to go a little nuts. I miss people. I miss the human touch. The hugs of friends and the conversations of colleagues. Sometimes I think about when it’s all over and I wonder if I will remember how to be normal. Will the world remember or will the world resort to Zoom... for way more than the pandemic required of us? Yesterday I watched one of those morning shows and all the guests were on Zoom. How much cheaper would that be than flying people in, accommodating them, dressing them up, doing their hair and makeup? Will the world take the easy way out, the cheaper, faster way out? I worry about that. You?

06.01.2022 Superb marketing. I've received over half a dozen deliveries from JS health this year and every time, my feelings for this company grows. Yes, the products are great but how it's marketed to me is faultless. Not your regular advertising medium but most definitely the most effective. Think about how you package YOUR product. And I don't just mean the bag you hand the client or even the box you deliver the goods in. I mean how do you sell what you sell? The service, the follo...wup, the customer care. That's the deliverable that's most memorable. For those who have been with me a while, 'What's the positive positioning your create in your client's minds?'

05.01.2022 This is what we SHOULD see when we look at our reflections but sometimes, it's the other way round. What really is there is a mighty, strong, fearless intelligent woman but we see something altogether different. What we need to do is remember, remind and be kinder to ourselves. I'm taking this into 2021.

You will be busy so only take those who are willing to commit. Same booking conditions. If they cancel with over 24 hours notice (or 48 hours if that's your policy). Those who have booked already, you can still call them and ask them to pay in full upfront. ... "Hi Brigitte. As you know, our business has not been operable for over 6 months and it has hit us hard. Our demand for December has been overwhelming. To ensure we operate as profitably as possible, we're asking our clients to pay upfront in full to secure their booking. I'm sure you understand.." Alternatively, you may wish to text your database first and then follow up with a phone call to get the deposit over the phone for the clients who have already booked in December Every person who visits the salon or you have contact with, make sure you tell them about booking in early for December.
