24.01.2022 Dear friends - we will be having a short break from our Wednesday evening classes for the next few weeks. We will be re-opening after the September school holidays and trust that more of you will be able to join us. Watch this space! :)

23.01.2022 Hey folks - ONLY 2 LESSONS LEFT this term!! Wednesday 6-7pm. Those interested in signing up for next year - we would like to offer extra classes and increase the options. We would love to hear from you if you are interested and are looking to join a fitness group to maintain health and flexibility and have awesome fun on the way!

18.01.2022 Hello everyone :) We are back on track - and training every Wednesday from 6 - 7pm. We focus on strength and core after doing cardio with various combinations to music. It is enormous fun and we are looking forward to meeting more of you! So stay tuned...toned.... ;) Classes only $15 or a 10 Class Pass for $100.
