22.01.2022 I would have normally prioritised the shopping but I can do it later.... Time to learn & chill

21.01.2022 As we are celebrating a birthday today it gave us a chance to reflect. It's interesting to look back and challenge some of our old perceptions, old beliefs. Back in the day, 6th May 1954 to be exact, Sir Roger Gilbert Bannister CBE was a British middle-distance athlete and neurologist who ran the first sub-4-minute mile. ... Prior to that day...Medical 'experts' claimed that it was physically impossible for a human to run that fast. Science is changing our World! Science is changing our Lives! Maybe we should pay more attention once in a while #mylvlife #anyaisthriving #thrivenow #thrivewithlee #wearablenutrition

10.01.2022 Steve Jobs said... you can never connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them when you look backwards. Who would have thought that I'd be presenting via Zoom in Melbourne to a room full of ladies wanting to learn about my business and my products.... Never give up.. dreams do come true

09.01.2022 This quote really resonated when we started our journey - may be it could help YOU

08.01.2022 Who says change needs to be hard? Organizational change expert Jim Hemerling thinks adapting your business in today's constantly-evolving world can be invigorating instead of exhausting. 08.01.2022 I have spent a lifetime chasing that ever elusive 'IDEAL BODY' I have starved myself, I have eaten green beans until they came out of my ears, boiled cabbage and popped pills..some fads worked for a while but I always ended up relapsing! It was only when I realised a few key things did my never ending quest for that PERFECT ME start grinding to a halt..... To CHANGE anything in your life it has to start with YOU. Feed your mind with new information & ideas.. that will allow you to get a grip of your body. Eat as close to Nature as possible. Fill your plate with colour. My simple rule is if it comes in a box, a packet or tin it's been INTERFERED WITH. If you do this then you won't have to be obsessed with calories. Also a little bit of what you fancy is good Exercise.... yes I know that this will prompt groans and sighs. I don't mean beast yourself daily (although if you want to then 'fill ya boots') 30 mins a day walking is all it takes... I used to get really excited about the latest and greatest fitness craze only for it to fizzle out or stop when I injured myself. MOVE your body LIKES it! For me addressing my NUTRITIONAL gaps has made a massive difference. It has cleared my head, allowed me to focus, helped me to stay on course. I've realised that if I spend on my health up front I'm less likely to shell out on sickness later on. Now I see that the quest to achieve the PERFECT ME is impossible. I will NEVER be perfect... however, I can be HAPPY WITH MYSELF, CONTENT IN MY OWN SKIN, & HEALTHY IN MIND & BODY. #mylvlife #anyaisthriving #thrivenow #thrivewithlee #nutrition #dft #maia #healthyyou #exercise #healthyfood #healthgoals #behealthytoday #makewisechoices

08.01.2022 In the forces they teach the troops to Improvise Adapt Overcome... Without obstacles/struggles we do not grow!

06.01.2022 Do you remember when you got your first bike? I bet you didn't just jump on and know how to ride immediately. You may have fallen off, bumped your leg or even grazed your knee....... We all know that falling off is part of the process of learning to ride a bike. We all joke about it and expect it. After all that's just what you have to do. So why is it when you start a business or take steps towards a goal do people, including ourselves, think it should be easy. We shouldn't experience failure or obstacles, things shouldn't go wrong.... When did that become the case? Of course we will fail... that's how we learn. Of course we will be frustrated... that's how we learn. Of course we will hit bumps in the road... that's how we learn. Get it? Fail Learn Repeat... just like riding a bike. #mylvlife #anyaisthriving #thrivenow #thrivewithlee #nutrition #dft #maia #goals #fail #learn #repeat #business #youeconomy #itstime
