22.01.2022 New Feature Release: Mailchimp integration Mailchimp is now integrated with the waiver subscribe button. Simply add your api key and audience/list id to the organisation settings. ... This feature can be used to build an audience of players from your escape rooms, that have selected the subscribe option on the waiver. That audience can then be targeted for things such as special offers, opportunities to test new rooms, event info, etc. Contact support for help finding your api keys or audience/list id if required.

19.01.2022 Introducing Version 3.6.0 (released: 10pm AEST 22 July 2019) -SMS notifications -Google analytic tracking -Custom waiver fields... -Coupon validity -Improved the Afterplay/facebook feature -Improved responsive embeds for bookings and room views SMS Notifications You now have the option to use SMS Notifications. These are based on settings found in the Mail/SMS section. You may enable confirmation SMS, a 24 hour (before booking) reminder SMS or enable/disable both settings. By default, the settings are set too DISABLED, you must manually enable the settings to make use of this feature. The price per sms sent is 7.5c. Custom Waiver Fields You now have the ability to include custom fields in your waivers. For example, you would like to ask you customers ,have they tried an escape room before. By creating a new field, adding the label and the input type, you will now find a new field on your waiver form. Google Analytic Tracking You now have the option to use the Google Analytic ecommerce platform in conjunction with your Create Bookings account. This will allow you to track purchases made, compare profitability of your rooms etc. You must setup your own Google Analytic account and place the tracking id in the Google Analytic setting found in your Organisation settings. Coupon Validity Coupons now have a days valid function. For example, if you want to have a cheap Tuesday special, you can create a coupon, select only Tuesday, and this coupon will now only work on Tuesday’s between the date range selected. If you want the coupon to work everyday of the week, you would select every day when creating/editing the coupon. Improvements Some requests have been made for improvements to existing features. There was an issue with the Afterplay feature when subscribers were using iPhones. That has been adjusted now so the image is contained inside the viewport. Another reported issue was with the embed view for the rooms and the booking widget itself. On smaller devices such as small iPhones the Saturday column in the date picker was being hidden. This has now been adjusted and the calendar is visible correctly across all viewports. The Custom Waiver Fields and SMS Notifications have been frequently requested updates - we thank you for your feedback. Please feel free to pass along any feature requests you feel would improve the platform.

09.01.2022 In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently developing new features and additions to the platform, to help meet legal and social requirements for safe business practices. These include: -Major refactoring of the digital waiver system to allow players to sign their waivers from their own devices (removing the need to pass around shared devices) -Added an SMS feature to send the digital waiver link to players who have not signed the waiver before arriving.... -Major style updates to the booking cards displayed on the dashboard and kiosk. Attached to the bottom of the card now you will see info on players, how many waivers are currently completed and buttons to view completed waivers and send the waiver link via SMS. See more

02.01.2022 Introducing Version 3.6.1 (released 22/08/19) -Waiver changes -Upcoming booking table changes -Extended subscribers session/cookie times -GST setting for invoices... -New booking confirmation modal (popup) -Added coupon comments Waiver Changes The following changes have been made to the player waivers. 1. A back/cancel button has been added to the top of the waiver. When clicked you will be promted to enter the pin, then you can exit the waiver. 2. The validation for each player now occurs when add new player is clicked. So any issues with that players form will be addressed by the platform and can be corrected by the player before a new players details are filled. 3. We have simplified the I Agree process. That is now combined with the add signature button to reduce steps for your players. 4. The parent input field has been changed to Childs name. So if signing on behalf of a child the Childs name is required and the remaining info will belong to the parent/guardian. This is more inline with customers expectation of this feature leading to less confusion and correct info recorded. 5. A confirmation modal has been added to the submit button. So now when clicked, a modal window will show asking players to confirm all players have completed their waiver. 6. Waivers can now be deleted from the waiver table Upcoming Bookings Table Changes On the upcoming bookings table, we have moved the action column to be the left side, so you can access options for the bookings without scrolling across to the right. WE have also removed the "BOOKED OUT" records from this table, they can still be found in the all bookings table. Extended Session/Cookie Times When you login to your Createbookings dash, your session/cookie time is now increased to 14 hours. This will cover the length of most business days, meaning you and your staff only need login once per shift. GST Setting In your Invoice settings, you will find a new switch setting. This will append to your invoices the correct inc GST if you are GST registered. Booking Confirmation Modal A confirmation modal (popup) has been added after step 2 to confirm all room, session and bookers details before proceeding to payment screen. Coupon Comments We have now added comments for coupons. This will allow you to assign descriptions etc to the coupons.
