16.01.2022 Did you know that sugar can affect our body in so many ways? Your body needs to move glucose out of the bloodstream and into your cells for energy. To do this, ...your pancreas makes insulin, a hormone. An abundance of added sugar may cause your liver to become resistant to insulin. This means your body isn't able to control your blood sugar levels as well, which can lead to type 2 diabetes. See more

01.01.2022 Over the past few days I have been sharing my journey around making sourdough bread. It certainly is a process. Usually I don't eat a lot of bread and will continue not to. ... I will certainly make this again as an occasional food, with different versions such as adding raisins or herbs. The final product smells great and as expected the bread is a little heavy. Would love to hear about your bread making experiences. The following link is where I purchased the tools I used and the sourdough levin for making the starter. With the remaining ingredients on the list sourced from my local supermarket or certainly obtainable from your favourite store. Sharon https://www.nourishmeorganics.com.au/?rfsn=4286217.fc2a24c
