25.01.2022 To get good at something, not even an expert, but to be good, takes focus, consistency, persistence. I see a lot of people chasing the shiny objects, wanting the next quick fix, going to the next course or program. There is a lot of gathering going on, lots of movement, but no real Focus. Follow One Course Until Success. It takes time, but it’s worth the rewards. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it......

24.01.2022 Don't put off what you can do today until tomorrow. Procrastination is the number one thing that can stop us from moving from success-less to successful. I find that if I don't plan ahead, know what my weekly tasks I want to complete for each day are, then when it comes time to implement something, I stumble, stutter and am not very productive. Start your weekly plan on Sunday night, write down your top 5 goals of the week, put one in for each day, and get that shit done! No procrastination, no stuffin around. As NIKE says - Just Do It!

24.01.2022 Do you have a mentor in business? If not, why not? Are you ok with asking for help? Are you ok with seeking guidance and asking others what has worked for them? This was a big part of my journey and being open to getting feedback, asking for help and pushing myself to the next level. Seeking a mentor is finding someone that is where you want to be. You can leverage their success by asking them questions about their success, elicited their success strategy, what are their v...alues? What are their habits? Who is there mentor? What questions did they ask? We can't do it alone, the most successful people have all had their own mentors.

19.01.2022 A Monday morning #mindset reminder for you Wealth creation starts with a healthy mindset. Just as a body needs healthy blood to be running through it’s veins, your wealth needs healthy thoughts to keep it alive and on track. What would happen to your body if you had infected or diseased blood running through it? How long would your body and organs be able to sustain this to not only stay healthy, but to stay alive? This is what infected or diseased thoughts do to our chanc...es of growing wealth. One of the most powerful success routines is to wake up in the morning and be in gratitude - I’m alive today and I get to make choices. Be grateful for all you have - a little or a lot. What ever it is for you. A great idea would be to start (or continue) a Gratitude journal and remind yourself each morning when u wake, what you are thankful for. What are you grateful for?

18.01.2022 I’m sure you have probably heard this saying before but it’s always good to review what we know and make sure we r living these principles and practices through our week. Obviously we are not talking how tall or wide we grow, but our internal compass, our mindset, our belief systems from past conditioning. This is where the true growth needs to occur, to be expanded beyond what we know to be true right here and right now. Where you r now, in your life, in your job, your sur...roundings, won’t get you to where you want to be in the future, or who you want to be in the future, unless something changes, and let me give you a hint, it’s got nothing to do with anyone else. Income-ing (your internals/mindset thoughts) = outgoing ( external environment, money, results etc) How do you expand your internal compass to beyond where u r now, to put you on a trajectory to whom you need to be in the future? What do you practice each day? What rituals have you in place? #wealth is a #mindset game. #trainthebrain

17.01.2022 Each year in my business and/or personal life, I add a Buzz word, a theme for the year, a growth area that I want to focus on. Each year it is born from the reflection of the previous year/s and is added to my Values to live by. Each year brings new opportunities, new potential in the wealth of life. My buzz word has a lot to do with the direction I take during the year. Last years word/theme was Inner Peace, the year before Growth. Do I stop living these - no. These ...are part of my make up, part of my attitude, part of my belief system. This year’s word Im a little excited about, a nervous excitement, as it will be quite a stretch for me. It’s not something I enjoy having to do, (but most people with my personality type don’t enjoy it either, ) BUT, it is an integral part of staying connected, building a team, surrounding yourself with support and you supporting others in what ever field it is for you. Can u guess what it is??....... NETWORKING .... Being connected to a network may mean many different things to many people. It could be a support network to help with emotional, mental and or physical needs, an education network to grow through, a network of like minded individuals who will help to push you beyond you comfortable walls. It could be related to a personal aspect or your work/career/business. In business, I’m sure you have heard of the sayings around Your Network creates Your Networth. Everyday u meet people who know something you don’t. How huge is this opportunity to learn from others and to contribute to others by connecting, sharing ideas and collaborating.

14.01.2022 I will often see clients trying to be the same person that they are with a hobby in their business and wonder why they aren’t achieving the results they want. Have a think about what behavioural patterns a person has when you are enjoying a hobby, and then have a think about a successful person you know in business. How are their behaviours different?

11.01.2022 Are you taking responsibility for what is happening around you or are you making excuses. What you see in the external is a reflection on the internal playing back at you.

10.01.2022 What is your why? What drives you to the next step? Have you got a driver, something that when you think about it, pushes you through the pain, pushes you to move into that uncomfortable space because you know that it's worth it. It's worth that little bit of "pain" or discomfort now to get to your outcome, to get to your result.

Of course we can listen and just listen, and just listen, but unless there is action, there is no growth or real learnings. U are the catalyst for change. It’s starts with you, it’s all yours, you’re the one responsible. Start today - how? Decide. Will you take responsibility for all that is happening with you and where u r right now? If that’s a yes, then that’s the first step. Decide.

Culture is the essence of a business, it's how you roll, it's the character and personality of your business or workplace. It can potentially strengthen or undermine an Environment. How do you turn up when you go to your work environment? Be the leader of great culture in your space.

04.01.2022 What's your perception on mistakes? Do you make them? Do you embrace them and expand because of them or do you shrink and recoil. Those that have not failed can not taste success. Those that want to expand their horizon's cannot do so by standing still. An entrepreneur cannot build an empire by being perfect.
