For many people it is realising that health is so important and not something that we can think about taking care of or doing something about one day. It is everyday. Continuously.... Don't be reactive to your health issues. Find ways to be proactive: Drink more water. Go for regular walks. Connect with friends and family. Read, listen to inspiring podcasts or Ted talks. Create a garden. Eat more vegetables. Meditate. Get a massage Find time to reflect and journal. Your Greatest Wealth will always be your Health. Im a Sound Healer, Reiki and meditation practitioner, ear candling therapist and have built a strong reputation as being a fabulous massage therapist. I love all things related to natural therapies and have been in this biz for what now seems forever! Broome is my hometown. A coastal town in the North West region of WA, home to endless blue skies, sunny days, pristine beaches and gateway to the Kimberley. When I am not playing therapist I love being outdoors and camping.
