17.01.2022 Step 1 - Become conscious of who your stakeholders are, or as I like to call them 'energyholders' (customers, suppliers, partners, referrers etc- there's lots of them*.) Step 2 - Understand your value exchange - what value you are offering them and what value they are seeking from the relationship. These can often be two very different things. Step 3 - Get really clear about how you want each energyholder to feel through their buying or... exchange experience with you. This is your Purpose or personal intention for them -- which charges and energises your relationship. Be conscious that you have different intentions for different relationships. Becoming conscious of how you want each of your relationships to feel - helps you to manage and direct everything you do - to share your heart and to offer this intention consistently. When your relationships understand, through your actions, that you are here to make them feel a certain way - they will become endeared to you, they will come to love you. This is the strongest relationship of all and because the relationship is a deep and balanced one (through your mutual value exchange) - your business and brand will also be fuelled and energised. 04.01.2022 It’s so important to understand your unique Brand Personality as a business - so you can consistently relate to your market. Some team members (the right brainers) may intuitively know how to align with your brands personality - others - (your left brainers) just need a list. Everything you do either positively, negatively or neutrally affects your reputation and brand. When you are really clear on what your brand personality is - it becomes really clear as to how your team can align with this and bring it to life with everything they do. Building your reputation and brand with everything they do. A brand lived is so much more powerful than a brand merely advertised.
