Makes delicious cupcakes or whole cakes Here some combinations you can try with our mix as a base! Add lemon zest for a citrus cake Choc chips and instant coffee for a mocha flavour... Strawberry essence and cocoa marbled for Neapolitan Poppy seeds and orange zest Choc chips and mint flavour I would love to hear what other combinations you come up with! $4.95 for a 400g bag and just add eggs and water

20.01.2022 A great afternoon spent in the Launceston store catching up with some awesome people who have been waiting since their class was cancelled during lockdown earlier this year- it’s been a struggle to get to Launceston very often as we have had so many classes happening that been canceled earlier in the year. It’s definitely been tricky to prioritise our work around cancelations or postponed cakes etc. it’s feeling like we are back on track and I’m so hopeful it stays this way

The class is online but we supply your cake, boards and all ingredients for decorating so you can complete the class at your own pace at home! 10.01.2022 *NEW OPENING HOURS* First of all THANK YOU for keeping us open in these crazy times! Your support for our small business keeps us going and we are still here! The changes we are about to make are short term to get us out the other side of this bump in the road THIS WEEK WE ARE OPEN... Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10am- 2pm As of next week we are opening Tuesday and Friday both days 10am-2pm- This is ongoing unless we see any changes implemented by the government We will still be working hard behind the scenes to keep stock on the shelves and print your edible images If any changes are made to class bookings you will notified by phone call. We have cut our class size to just 3 people at a time to keep with social distancing and we hope you support the changes we have to make for now to get through Its amazing to see our community sticking together at this time to support each other even if in isolation! None of these changes effect the Lindisfarne store and they are there to take any phone orders or enquiries x

03.01.2022 We open our doors on Tuesday for our customers to be able to come back in and browse We do ask that if visiting our store please abide by social distancing suggestions of at least 1.5 meters, if there’s more than 8 people in our store please wait outside and importantly we ask that if you have been unwell or in isolation recently please do not come in our store we are able to still provide delivery via Australia post and you can phone through your orders :)
