We Have Exclusively Secured Michelle Le Plastrier For A Guest Artist Workshop On Saturday 21st November 10am-1pm - $95 Join ceramic artist Michelle Le Plastrier in creating the perfect home for your plant to grow and flourish. ... In this workshop you’ll learn to create an embellished mini planter to house your favourite plant babies. Starting with learning how to create a pinch pot we’ll then move through some decorating and embellishing techniques to create a truly one of a kind planter. You’ll learn some of the clay basics. - Pinch pot technique - Slip + score - Carving/Embellishing - Underglazing This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience. Come for a morning of creativity and play! All materials and tools will be provided and workshop fee is inclusive of 1st and 2nd firing and clear glazing of your piece. Pieces will be ready for collection at Creating Minds approx 4 weeks after workshop to allow time for drying and both bisque and glaze firing.
