22.01.2022 #MealPlanningMonth I am a big fan of cooking that is minimum effort with maximum impact. These little flavour bombs are so easy to cook, 4 simple ingredients - tomatoes, olive, oil, salt, basil - one hour in a moderate oven and done. I cooked these ones from cherry tomatoes which were getting close to the end of their life. I didn't want them to go to waste.... What's your minimum effort maximum impact cooking tip.

16.01.2022 #MealPlanningMonth When I'm planning meals, I start by gathering all the facts - who's eating, who's cooking, what do they like, how much time do I have, what's in the house already and more. Where do you start with meal planning?

15.01.2022 Even on the weekends I'm thinking about organising. I disagreed with an article in my weekend read, so I wrote a blog post about it. Are you Team Open Shelves or Team Hide It Away? https://creatingorder.com.au//how-open-shelves-can-keep-y/
