24.01.2022 Complete bathroom refurbishment.

23.01.2022 Another mini make over to replace faded doors. Customer had installed a kitchen only a few years ago, using a mass produced product. It didnt take long and the fresh white cabinetry turned yellowy cream. Now with 2 pac painted satin doors, we have re created a beautiful, fresh kitchen. The laundry also got the same treatment but was not functional so by adding a new broom closet and bench top, our customer now has a fully functional utility room. Always ensure that when buying your cabinetry that you purchase products made for the Australian climate. Items made elsewhere are often not rated for the heat of our sun burnt country which will result in colour alterations and often cracking.

23.01.2022 Did you know at Creative Cabinets & Kitchens we also do small renovations? Recently we replaced worn timber bench tops in both the kitchen and bathroom with laminated tops. The end result was a fresher look and benches that are easy to clean.

20.01.2022 Another bathroom completely stripped and rejuvenated. With a new floor plan, a toilet has been added and now this space is gloriously functional as well as stylish. Stylish changes: * White tiles to ceiling add lightness and space * A curved bath end enables easy movement in room and ... looks amazing! * Bath is also much deeper than original. * Niche above bath, within easy reach, niche in shower for shampoos and also a lower one for resting your foot to shave = nifty! * Wall hung vanity - minimising clutter and opening up the room * No handles on the vanity draws = clean look * Mirrors on shaving cabinet = reflecting light from window so less use of electricity * Addition of toilet so now two toilets in the home. * Same tiles in shower base as well as floor ensures no break up of colour and makes the room feel bigger See more

17.01.2022 A tiny little reno - dysfunctional and tired vanity unit is replaced with a modern basin and functional draws. Yes, we do the small stuff as well as the big! Dont worry if you think your job is too small. Broken hinges and missing handles? Stop putting it off and give us a call.

16.01.2022 Making great use of wasted space. Another quality job from the team creating large draws and cupboard under stairs. Using a matt black 2pac finish and also matt black handles ensures the cabinetry is unobtrusive yet oh so stylish.

16.01.2022 Here are a couple more jobs to show you all. The window seats were completely made up by Creative Cabinets timber joining and the mouldings out of New Guinea rose wood. The display cabinet is 2pack painted with sensor LED lights so me need for a switch just swipe your hand under a hidden sensor. Last but not least we have our shelving and drawers under a set of stairs tricky job but not impossible, all have grab handles.

12.01.2022 Creative Cabinets and Kitchens perform yet another complete transformation! Whilst the original kitchen was in quite good condition, it was dark and not functional for the new owners. Now our ecstatic customers have a light, airy and functional designer kitchen. Special features are led lights in the pantry which also has slide out drawers, a cupboard with a slide out base for the bread maker and bench top cupboards for teas and coffee. The owners of this one are over the moon at the ease of use and how much lighter it has made the room.

08.01.2022 Maleny Manor revamp. Wet miserable weather and a short time frame made this job a challenge! As most would know, The Maleny Manor is renown for hosting weddings and so with rain hampering our building and painting efforts and a looming deadline we managed to fully rebuild the 2 balconies, landings, staircases and decks in just over a week. Some people have questioned "I thought you were cabinet makers... why are you building? Owner of Creative Cabinets, Gary Mounsey has been a registered builder for over 30 years and so no job is too small for this team!

07.01.2022 Need to make a wardrobe functional? Previously, this wardrobe had 4 sliding doors and 4 shelves. Now, with 3 sliding mirror doors, loads of draw and shelf space as well as usable hanging space, this wardrobe is now fully functional, stylish and the mirrors ensure the room looks bigger and lighter. (we have not shown images with the mirror doors as a respect for privacy to the customer - they show the rest of the room)

02.01.2022 Today we completed another fabulous Kitchen face lift. Buyer beware: when buying from companies that mass produce and their product comes from colder climates, the paint and materials cant handle Australian weather. This customer only got 5 years from their original cabinetry before needing new doors and bench tops as the paint had all cracked. But what a fabulous transformation now that we have worked our magic! The original kitchen also had brown bamboo tops so now with gloss white laminate, our client can enjoy an easy to clean and much more spacious feeling kitchen.

01.01.2022 Custom made Entertainment unit and office cabinetry. The entertainment unit was made working from a photo the customer brought to us. 2 pac painted and with simple, classy detailing, this unit is perfect for the customers requirements. They were so happy with the outcome we were then asked to make office cabinetry to match.

01.01.2022 How to create a total kitchen makeover whilst retaining the budget. The kitchen had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 colours. Purple, green, white and grey. Internally, the cupboards were sound but externally, there was simply too much going on. With existing good quality white stone bench tops, it was a matter of changing the doors, draws and panels to a high gloss white and turning this dated kitchen to a modern and fresh delight. We also matched the timber trim to add open shelving above the fridge. This home is used for B n B purposes and the owners can now showcase their kitchen in the photos.
