Admittedly it was not like most 70yr old surfaces and was in ok shape but we still had to epoxy treat some seam lines and trowel coat the entire floor. To make it super smooth under foot it was sanded and given three coats of 2pack polyurethane. This will make one heck of a nice #mancave / #homebrewery floor. It was on a heavy slope so we catered to our clients needs building a little retaining wall on one side with concrete between to keep the maintenance down and for extra storage.
