14.01.2022 Hello all Thank you all so much for your on going support during these uncertain times. We are pleased to announce that the salon is open!! ... Things are a little different, we can not all work together in the salon as we are social distancing and not having too many people in the salon at any one time. We are all working different days and shifts then we used to but we are still all working we are doing our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner but will need some patience We are doing everything we can to protect the safety of our customers and our team. - With cleaning of the salon our highest priority. - Social distancing - No magazines - Single use (disposable) coffee/tea cups - Bottled water - Hand sanitizer available on entry and exit of the salon and through out your visit We ask you to - Social distance: Maintain a 1.5m distance between yourself and others while in the salon - please come to your appointment alone - Please attend your appointment at the allocated time (not early or late) as we have a certain amount of people allowed in the salon at 1 time. - Please be patient as we are doing our best to accommodate everyone but we will need patience and understanding as this our new ‘normal’ for the foreseeable future We are in the process of contacting all our regular clients, please feel free to call the salon (if you get the answering machine please leave us a msg with your first name, surname and contact phone number) We have a number of clients who we have been unable to contact due to wrong numbers in our data base sorry if you haven’t heard from one of us please get in touch! Unfortunately we can not accept new clients at the moment New clients will be accommodated moving forward but for the time being please understand we have a lot of appointments to catch up on (as we are unable to work at full capacity at this time) thank you for your understanding and we really look forward to seeing some new faces in the future! 10.01.2022 Stage 4 Lockdown With the latest Stage 4 lockdown restrictions in place it does mean that we have to close the salon. We will slowly be in contact with everyone about rescheduling your appointments in roughly 5 weeks time as lock down comes to an end, as by then we should have a clear picture of when we will be able to reopen. Please rest assured that we will be working hard and will accommodate all of our loyal regular clients in a prompt manner when we reopen ...
