17.01.2022 UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE latest news on Creative Memories front, old Administrator removed and new administrator's have been appointed Here is an update as a result of the meeting yesterday:... "Dear Creative Memories Customers, We want to THANK YOU, our Customers, for all your support this past week! Great progress was made this week and Creative Memories Australia is now working with a new Administrator and legal team. In addition a committee was formed to work towards for a better outcome for Consultants and VIP’s. What this means to you: If you already submitted a claim to BDO, you do not need to claim again with the new administration. The New Administrator will accept all previous claims made last week. The New Administrator will send communication about claims. If you have not yet lodged a claim you will still be able to file a claim under the new Administration - more information to follow. VIP - Annual Subscription - You can claim Unused Portion of your VIP Membership. Digital Vouchers - You can claim the balance you were not able to use. Example: For a customer with $100 voucher - Use the $25 on an order and submit claim for other $75. You are able to continue purchasing Creative Memories Products.
