04.01.2022 This is Etihad Airways, who wrecked my much needed holiday by not bothering to process my straightforward medical clearance forms (submitted on time) and refusi...ng to let me on my flight.It was a sad farewell toMellie instead of the beginning of a long awaited holiday. All this after hours on the phone to Etihad to ensure the application was submitted correctly early this week. From Etihad iit was 'no can't go on plane' and 'lost thousands of dollars on your ticket.? Not our problem. And now they have been totally negligent in this basic level of service, they said it could take seven days instead of the stated seventy-two hours to process my form , if I can find another $1500 for a flight.
