23.01.2022 Sharing this page that I gave a sneak peek of a few weeks ago about speaking up about your truth even if you’re scared to. #speakupevenifyourvoiceshakes

23.01.2022 A couple of Art Journal pages created from Life Book 2021 Taster Sessions. I’ve signed up for Life Book next year and I’m really excited to learn lots of new things

21.01.2022 Wanted to test out my new Posca Pens that I ordered online while in iso. Love their opacity, brightness and ease of use. One hand signifies my embodied signs of heightened stress on my nervous system while the other signifies the self care practices I use to manage this stress. Visual Journalling is one of the main practices I use to regulate my stress response. Others are meditation, listening to music, walking, spending time with my family, dancing with my daughters and yoga stretches.

21.01.2022 Some create endeavours I’ve been working on lately. I’ve recovered my creative spark! Yay! The butterfly page is inspired by a workshop by @tracyweinzapfelstudios. So much fun and so needed the creative time

18.01.2022 Thanks to fellow consultant Kylie Belshaw for posting this. Sharing here for your information...

17.01.2022 Ring the bells you can still ring, Forget your perfect offering, There is a crack in everything, That’s how the light gets in. ... - Leonard Cohen- Another art journal page I did after a session with Laura Jane Day as a part of the Virtual Care Basket created and coordinated by Ayesha Hilton. Thanks to you both for a wonderful painting session. A wonderful release of some powerful emotions through healing with art.

17.01.2022 Another magnificent class on Friday. Beautiful creativity from all the lovely women. Thanks Leeanne, Ayesha and Helen for allowing me to share your gorgeous journal pages.

16.01.2022 Any knitters or crocheters out there wanting to assist with this while in isolation? Even patchwork will help the increasing number of homeless to stay warm this winter due to the uncertainty we’re all experiencing right now.

12.01.2022 Had a wonderful time at this event on Saturday with Helen at her fundraiser for those effected by this years bushfires.

12.01.2022 ‘Angel Hailey’ by Bella

11.01.2022 Another relaxing and creatively driven class on Friday. A little quieter than the last 2 classes as we were missing Maria, Megan and Helen who were all taking care of themselves or loved ones in these uncertain times we’re all experiencing at the moment. Thanks to Leeanne and Ayesha for sharing your creativity, conversation and time with me.

09.01.2022 Just a reminder to bring an apron or old shirt to protect your clothing while creating this afternoon For all who are coming to these workshops starting today

08.01.2022 A quick peek at my latest art journal page inspired by my daughter singing ‘Girl on Fire’ by Alicia Keys on repeat at home. Love this song

07.01.2022 I created this page during a Soul Medicine: Healing with Paint online session with Laura Jane Day. Laura is a local artist and head facilitator of the CARTwheels program at St. John of God Hospital in Ballarat where I am a volunteer. I created this page about how I was feeling about the current global pandemic and social isolation at that point in time. Thanks so much for a wonderful session Laura

07.01.2022 Love this! Art is so powerful

07.01.2022 My grandmother said to me, 'There will always be dirty dishes". So I let them wait to see art, enjoy art, create art

06.01.2022 Meet Corona Karen drawn by Bella (10 yo) She has a message saying Wash your hands! An important reminder to assist with slowing the spread during this pandemic. #stayathome #allinthistogether #greattimetodosomeart

05.01.2022 Completed this art journal page after an exercise during an online art therapy class for uni this week. It is based around all those we see as family and that these beings aren’t necessarily blood related or human.

02.01.2022 ‘Wild is her favourite colour’. Another page I started during an art journal workshop at Inspirition. Really missing the ladies who were attending these workshops and looking forward to getting back to them again. Missing you ladies and hope you are being creative while in isolation.

02.01.2022 Latest Art Journal page Patchwork Heart Let your heart break But worry not about fitting it back together again. Separate the pieces and fill the space between with grace given by understanding. ... Do this, each time it snaps, and watch it grow. There are no limits, no boundaries of growth for a patchwork heart. -Tyler Knott Gregson- See more

02.01.2022 Inspiration for this page has been spinning around in my head for a few weeks since all this global pandemic started. A visual reminder to focus on my individual holistic wellness amongst the uncertainty of the situation we’re all faced with right now.
