Yes you guessed it - Purple is birthday girls favourite colour! White Choc Mud & White Choc Ganache on the inside topped with crumbled Chocolate Biscuit (Soil) and Fondant Succulents.

The ones with the chocolate icing have been iced with Ricn N Smooth from Bake Boss Malaga (where I am when Im not making cakes) lots of people buy it - my 1st time trying it - tastes yum & looks quite lovely!!

18.01.2022 GO EAGLES!! HAPPY 10TH BIRTHDAY JACK! Last Minute Order, came in yesterday- ready today. Not that I do this very often, only when time permits. And best part about it is I got the go ahead to do whatever I could with no notice. So out came the airbrush, some creativity and fondant to make a hand sculpted Eagle Plaque. I Steered away from standard piping and used the grass tip.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEROY!To be honest it was an absolute experiment and Im really loving the result. Ive been patiently waiting for the opportunity to try the Black Cocoa and Hazelnut Truffle (from Bake Boss Malaga) and, I invested in an Airbrush. Im loving the Airbrush - Beautiful result in Minimum amount of time!
