22.01.2022 COURAGE is the NEW WHITE... Have you ever felt torn between feeling like you're different yet you're fighting to "fit in"? Wanting to share your words, your ideas, your thoughts, to express you for all you are yet find yourself holding back out of fear of rejection & judgment? Of being shut down or what people might think of you?... THIS WAS ME... Quiet, shy & timid. Caught in my head, having the conversations I wanted to have with others, with myself. Wanting to feel heard... was hard to be when holding back my words. There was something that was burning within, knowing that I had something more to give, to voice, to share & be heard Sometimes it takes just ONE STEP, the COURAGE to do something different, something new. Which lead me to the Mojo Master. Over the past 4 years I've stripped back the parts that "weren't me", smashed through barriers & limitations to crack through & re-discover who I am at the core... The quirks, the creative, my uniqueness & genius and continue to learn, understand and own all parts of me. To leave a job that was unfulfilling and pursue an avenue I truly love in creative design, in helping people bring their vision to life! To become the peacock and show my feathers & inspire others to see the COURAGE within & uncover their greatness. The more I've been able to do this, the more I've come to realise that I'm surrounded by a community of people where I BELONG & can STAND OUT! A world of new & different opportunities open! 08.01.2022 http:// WHEN LIFE WAKES YOU UP // It’s almost 5 years to the day that I knew something had to change! After the passing of a second staff member in less than 6 months, including an incredible friend and mentor, I knew there was something greater inside of me! Something needed to change!... I’d had massive growth in my career in the space of 7 years, I had the house, the car, I was supposedly living the dream minus Prince Charming (we’ll discuss that little fantasy a little later ). Yet I was unfulfilled, unhappy and hit rock bottom, questioning what the purpose of LIFE was. Why am I here? Am I going to keep living the way I’ve been living OR Is LIFE giving me the WAKE UP Call? To change, to make new decisions, to start discovering what it is that I really wanted for me. To create a new chapter, to start stripping back the layers and living on my terms? Sometimes, the most challenging moments in life can have the greatest blessing and opportunity within if we have the COURAGE to delve deep That SHAKE UP and WAKE UP! I share this because I appreciate this year has been one really challenging year. One where many are struggling with the uncertainty in the world and the change in life as you once Knew it What if LIFE right now is giving you that WAKE UP CALL? Have you REALLY BEEN LIVING to the capacity and to your full ability or are you just LIVING Living for the weekend Living to do the same sh!t, different day and hoping for a different outcome? Have you been going after what it is that you really wanted for you in your life OR playing the waiting game Waiting for the right time waiting for the resources waiting for the money waiting for the energy waiting to have the skills waiting to have the knowledge? What if LIFE is giving you that TIME right now! Heck TIME is our most valuable asset and precious gift you can’t get your time back!!! Are you going to use this TIME to sit back, to keep waiting, to wish for things to change, to attempt to go back to what was the old normal OR Are you going to use this TIME to get CLEAR on what it is YOU really want for YOU, for YOUR LIFE? 06.01.2022 Hot Tips for Designing Impactful Posts & Resources I've been working with a few of my clients recently in the design & layout of different resources they're creating. Thought I'd share a few tips here and this awesome little graphic to help you through the design process.... Key tips: What's the purpose or outcome of the resource? This will help guide the foundation of your design What do you want people to take note of first, second, third? Where do you want their eyes to be drawn & take note of? Is there a flow or streamline that allows your audience to follow? Are they jumping around attempting to make sense of it or is it clear & simple to follow? Is there space to "breathe" around text, key points etc?
