With its 32 bird capacity they can now be sure that they are in control when the demand increases, but they have the flexibility to cook on as few as one spit at a time if they just need to top up their stock.

05.01.2022 It was such fun working with the new Rotisserie venue in Port Macquarie from the Sea Salt Cafe team. I cant wait to see Chicken Salt open its doors. Their #Rotisol rotisseries, yes thats 2 rotisseries are going to produce some amazing food for the lucky residents of Port Mac. Look out for them next to K-Mart on Park St. We tested a number of different birds and the clear winner was the brined free range poultry. Tender, moist and tasty with a beautiful pink finish.

02.01.2022 At Creative Commercial we are continuously trying to come up with ideas to improve the experience of rotisserie chicken for both our clients and their customers. Thinking about the transportation of your rotisserie roasted chicken from the chef to your table at home, we have been looking for better ways to transport your dinner than the old tin foil lined bag. These are some options we are considering to offer as an add on. I would love to hear some thoughts. Robust food grad...e containers with breathing vents and an option with a carry handle for convenience. What do you think people? They are breathable so the steam is released. they are stackable for easy display if you want to have some packed to go. They are good looking and present your product without damaging the bird in transport. They are fine to place in your warmer or display cabinet and can be stacked. The handle is clipped together only when you sell the chicken so that even the handle display container can be stacked while in the hot food display. #coolumcharcoalchicken #wishbonechicken #thehotbird #chickensaltrotisserie
