This is provided we don’t have any break outs during stage 1! Please stay safe & follow the rules so that we can achieve this goal

15.01.2022 I’m so proud, I could barely sleep last night! We started learning our concert routines online (with lots of glitching, bad wifi etc) Here I was thinking we would have to re-learn it all upon returning but HOW WRONG I WAS. Everyone was AMAZING!

13.01.2022 We were almost at FULL CAPACITY with our Intermediates tonight! 18 of them + 1 of me!! And they handled their social dis-dancing SO WELL! How lucky are we to have this space? Did you know, we can comfortably fit 98 students while maintaining the social distancing guidelines. Patiently waiting for the restrictions to lift so we can safely do so #STAYSAFE #FOLLOWTHERULES

04.01.2022 As I’m sure you are now all very aware, The Mackay Eisteddfod is cancelled - ‘THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FAIR!!!!’ We’ve all been sitting, waiting and hoping, That we’d get to perform soon, no more whining and moping. But unfortunately... covid-19‘s still around,... It’s been such a long time and we’re STILL house bound. We’ve thought up a plan and we hope it will work, We’re sure this idea will make your little one smirk. A soloist showcase for our families to see, How well we can move, skip and boogie! We’ll hire the cultural hall so it’s a special ‘big stage’, There’ll be laughter, applause, a chance for us to engage. After the worst year ever I hope we get this chance, I am wishing and praying we can get together and DANCE Written with LOVE by Miss Cobie. I promise, if gatherings of 100 are allowed by October, we will learn our new solos and perform for our immediate family and close friends. I miss you all so very much and once this all goes away.... I will NEVER take another afternoon at the studio for granted again, how about you?
