24.01.2022 Do you act on your inner callings? Recently I was guided to take some time alone in the bush to vision.. Dream in the year ahead, check in to deepen my souls wisdom, revive and receive. In my own space with Gaia and the cosmos... Ok that sounds incredibly exciting to me and the thought of imploded my heart. All you busy mums will appreciate how challenging this simple idea can be.. ... There were hurdles to jump, fears to explode but the knowing was far too potent to ignore.. the thought of not going through with it scared me more... And so I did, threw some things together and went not knowing where I was going. And of course I’m led to the most perfect sacred spot by a river. I do this with mums and bubs, children and teenagers or anyone that can’t get to me depending on circumstance. So Briefly, it works like this.. We talk on the phone, or via FaceTime (or similar) about your issues and intentions. We connect to a safe and sacred space open to you and with focus and intent to sense energetic imbalances in your body, mind and spirit. Then clear and redirect these energies. Much like I do in an in person session. I hold a space for emotional release across space and time. There is no separation, that is an illusion. Distance doesn’t apply to this energy language. 09.01.2022 How is a pattern of beliefs manifesting in your physical body? Are you ready to dive DEEP and find your truth.? It just may be your souls medicine.. We are powerful creators in our universe and this means also we have the ability to create dis-ease through our thoughts and beliefs. We also can carry with us beliefs and trauma from our ancestors. It’s very often not even ours to own, but we still play it out..... I will give you an example of a recent session with a client who came to me to assist her as she was experiencing Panic Attacks The origin of this intense fear was unknown. Her body would hyperventilate, heart pound, body go stiff and brain in overload.. She didn’t know when to relax and when to be on guard Her nervous system Is beginning to shut down One of her beliefs that was made apparent is that she feels unsafe even at a time when she assumed she was protected... the activated alertness is serving her in a very negative way. We uncovered trauma during her birth and discovered she had a primitive reflex from this time which activates our startle response to gift us our very first breath into the world.. After clearing these emotions and reflexes, we discovered that she was also carrying trauma from her family lineage in relation to feeling trapped.. This went back through 3 generations of imprisonment and slavery where they were also consumed by their emotions. Using specialised energy medicine techniques we were able to clear the negative ancestral imprints from her holographic fields and she is now released from what is not hers to carry. She has since reported feeling free, at ease and hasn’t experienced another panic Attack. It is a new way of feeling for her and I’m looking Forward to journeying more with her as she unfolds a new way of being..
